God meant this for me to hear. we lost our 21 yr old son in may due to someone turning in front of his motorcycle. she was in the wrong but that doesnt matter anymore. i changed jobs in oct to a nursing home and a stna just a few weeks ago told me to remember the footprints, God is carrying us right now. i shared the comment with our sunday school class, and then just a week ago heard this song for the first time. thank you for the strength u r helping me to have. I still dont understand it, our son was army national guard, one of the very good kids out there. he had over 600 at his funeral. thank u
Name: kathy freeman E-mail: kathyfreeman82@yahoo.com Date posted: December 02, 2011 - 08:27 pm Message: i just want to take a moment of your time to thank you for "footprints". our 21 year old son died may 26 from injuries received on may 23, when someone turned in front of his motorcycle. i have felt like God deserted us, when we prayed so hard. and i just went to work in late october and a stna told me, kathy, remember the footprints, God is carrying you right now. this was just told to me 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. i went to church and told our sunday school class about her, then a couple days later i heard this song for the first time. it has become my song of hope and sureness that God is truely still there and helping us through this tragedy. thank you for this song.
